How rude are you?

I don't think I'm very rude at all. I'm sure at times I'm rude but not on purpose. It would really be an accident. I try not to offend people or hurt anyones feelings. It's just those time in the supermarket that you lose your composure and feel very bad afterwards.

I would love to say that I am never, ever rude to anyone. That is my goal but it's not my natural personality so I really have to work at it. But most of the time I am not rude, it's only when someone is really pushing my buttons that I have to control my tone and make sure my words are at least neutral. I've found I just don't like the person I am when I'm rude to people. I don't feel good about myself afterwards.

I'm afraid I am unfailingly polite just like Snoopy. I detest any kind of conflict and avoid it like the plague. I have been known to throw out a zinger or two in really dire circumstances though.

I tend to get rude when I explain I have a hearing loss and they need to look at me so I can speech read and then they continue to talk while looking away or constantly moving their head. First time I will firmly tell them they need to look at me, after that I get rude. Otherwise I am pretty polite.
