As we know, there has been much information/ policies changing around in Universal lately.

I was wondering about a certain situation.

We bought 2 2-day park hoppers of the Universal website. Now on the website, it stated that Citywalk passes were included with the price of the tickets.

Ok, from Barry,(wealth of Universal Information man) stated that the tickets with Citywalk included would have a +CW on it. I just checked the tickets as a look see, and NO + CW on the back.

Called Guest Services from the website, Aaron transferred me to Universal Guest Services, and I got Cindy (what a coincidence).

Cindy said, that the +CW was on older tickets issued, not on current tickets.. but to be assured that the citywalk pass would work. The citywalk pass is a 7 day pass which starts on the first use.

Should I put it in email, so I have something printed?

Thanks!

Should I press this further

Usually, if it says +CW on the back, it has the Citywalk party pass. I would get it in writing. Get a copy of the e-mail in case Guest Services gives you a hard time.

Actually, the CityWalk party pass is included on all two day passes. Only the older passes said +CW on the back.

And it is valid for 7 days from the date you use the tickets for admission at the theme park :)

Lets just say I work in the department that deals with this at IOA ;)
