How reliable is OpenTable?

I have used Open Table for Raglan Road at Disney in the past and I use them quite often locally with different restaurants. I have never had an issue!

You can pay with DDP regardless of how you book. That said I expect that a lot more of the open table users are not using it when compared to Disney Dining. There has to be some reason these resturants have chosen to keep a large block of their available seating away from the mouse's booking engine.
