How reliable is CBR transferring luggage to another resort?

We are doing a split stay CBR and WL.
I’m not sure if we should leave our luggage at bell services to transfer our luggage or to Uber.
Has anyone had trouble getting your luggage transferred from Caribbean Beach to another resort?
We have never done this before.
We were planning on going to MK that morning.

Bells services at all resorts is just as reliable at each resort. I've had both bath and good experiences with tranferring luggage, and sometimes it's been with the same resort (I'm looking at you AKL). You are never guaranteed your luggage until around 5pm, and I have never gotten them any earlier than 3pm, and on one instance (the one bad time with AKL, who was the one who received the luggage) it was closer to 7pm. So if you think you might want your bags sooner I'd Uber, but also remember you aren't guaranteed a room until 3 (it can also be later than that as I experienced on my trip a couple of weeks ago), and if you Uber you will have to leave super early to get to the new resort and drop off luggage in order to get to MK in time and that could really eat up your morning. I still, no matter which resort I'm staying, if I don't have a car prefer to have bells services tranfser my bags. If there is anything you might want just put it in a small bag and keep it in a locker at the park, like a change of clothes or medicine or something, they can just be slow but I've never not trusted them to not get my luggage there.

We do a lot of split stays, and like the PP, we had good and bad experiences with luggage transfers. We actually started taking an Uber and taking our own luggage. Bell services will store it until your room is ready. We like knowing our luggage is at the resort waiting to be picked up rather than us being at the resort waiting on our luggage.

Thank you for all the information. I don’t think we will need our luggage until around 5:00. We can take a change of clothes in case we want to shower and head back to MK later if the luggage is running late.
