How reliable are show times listed on Touring Plans?

We are about 60 days out from our WDW trip. Touring Plans is listing times for stage shows and evening shows. Does anyone know if those are actually times released by Disney or if Touring Plans is going by historical data and taking their best guess? We are wondering how much to count on that information, especially at a time when Disney is doing plenty of last minutes changing. Anyone have any experiences with this?

I believe it's a combination of both... some shows are already announced, and others...aren't. They'll update as they become public.

I've found that if the times are hyperlinked (blue), and it asks for your preferred time, then they are the update times that match the website. Of course the easiest way to verify this to look at the show times for your day on the Disney website and compare.
