We are taking our 5th cruise in Feb. It is Feb 11-18. I was wondering how quickly we would show up as Gold level. The reason I ask is our 6th cruise is in June. The Gold level online check in opens 2/25, but I wasnt sure if 1 week would be enough to get to register for that cruise during the gold time.

It is generally very quick. But I do not think updates until after the cruise is closed out at port. We did a back to back where our first cruise was our gold qualifier. The second cruise was our first gold cruise. They offered us the gold lanyards at check in without us having to point it out that we were now gold. (Though other reports on this differ). You should have no problems a week later. Just be sure to follow up a few business days in advance online to verify.

Could be that quick. If it doesn't show up, just give the Castaway Club phone number a call and ask them to update.

We've been updated pretty much as soon as we returned. But our last update (from Gold to Platinum) only happened for one of us. Funny about that - we both had the correct number of cruises, but my status remained Gold and my husband's went Platinum. Had to give them a call.

It should be very quick. Did a BTB last spring on the Wonder and one of the families was doing their 5th and 6th cruises. Thye got gold lanyards when checking in for the second leg.

Us too. We had the same experience. They knew we were Gold on the second leg of the B2B and we not only didn't have to ask about lanyards but also got the Gold level gift in our stateroom. But, yes it has to happen after the cruise is closed out as you have to have completed your cruise and it's not completed until it's registered as having been fully paid (including all expenses incurred on the cruise). And they can't close out the cruise until everyone on board has fully paid.

Ours happened within a day or two after our 5th cruise ended for both of us... no problem.
