How quickly do Fantastic FP reservations get taken up each day?

We will be arriving at WDW on Tuesday, May 30th. Our flight arrives at MCO at 11:55 and we are taking Magical Express to POP. We plan to head to DHS right afterwards. I want to get FP for Star Tours, TSMM, and TOT (for two of us). Last October when we arrived later on in the day we were able to get Fantastic Fps for 5 of us after we had used our 3 original FP and we had the best seats we have ever had at Fantastic. Will there be any chance of that happening to us again? How quickly do Fantastic FP sell out on a Tuesday in late May? We haven't been during summer months since FP plus came out.

You should easily be able to get a F! FP+ in the late afternoon.
They issue enough for about half the theater.
