How quickly can we see AK

We've been to AK twice in previous visits but since my kids were younger the last time they missed a few things like Expedition Everest and Dinosaur that now they'd really like to do. But they don't have an interest in doing much else there.
What would you say is a rough estimate of time to do EE, Dinosaur, Kilimanjaro Safaris and Rafiki's Planet Watch? I'm looking at days with a crowd level of 4 by TP.

If you're only interested in 3 rides you can FP+ all of them and be done in about an hour.

*Assuming the safari takes 20 min or less but you never know when a giraffe is going to block your path...

Maybe it's just me, but I'd have them do more than just the things they think they are interested in. If they haven't seen it or don't really know much about it, it's hard for them to really say they'd if they'd be interested or not. Our kids always said they had no interest in Flights of Wonder, but we finally told them "We're going to see it", and now they love it.

To see the attractions you listed above, assuming you FP+ EE and Safari, I'd say you're looking at right around 2 hours, maybe 1hr 45 min if you hustle. But you'll really be selling yourself short.

Interested in how you choose Rafiki but not Lion King, Flights of Wonder, and maybe even Nemo. Not to mention the kinda neat area of Pandora!!!

I agree that if you only want to do what you listed, you can probably count on 2 1/2-3 hours from the time you leave your car in the parking lot until the time you return to the car. That is with 2 FP and standby for 1 of the attractions you listed. You may be able to pull off all 3 with a FP, just depends on return times of the FP you are able to secure.

if you are only interesting in theses and not pandora ( with I would go too)

I have looped EE ( 3 times) then gone to diansor and been out of the park with in an hour. if you wanted to add in the other two things I would think 2 hours but I have never been to rafiki

Perfect - thanks! This is our starting point, then I'd like to add Nemo or Lion King (one child was scared during Nemo last time and has bad memories, so I'm working on that). They have no interest in Avatar but if time permits and there aren't big lines we may go over there. Both kids loved Rafiki and the vet clinic so much last time they'd like to go back but we all were slightly underwhelmed with Flights of Fancy (just personal taste).
I have no qualms in telling the kids "tough, you're doing this," but I also want to pick my battles. They'd like to skip Epcot completely but with F&WF my husband and I aren't giving them a choice, so I'm being more lenient on their decisions with AK.

I agree with everyone else that you can easily do your list in a couple hours, especially if you go at rope drop, but I feel you would really be doing yourself a disservice by skipping so much. What about Kali? Lion King or Nemo or both? It's tough to be a bug? Animal trails? Rivers of light? The Boneyard? Primeval whirl? Triceratops spin? Pandora- both the rides and just exploring the area?

So in summary, you could do your list in a couple hours, but you'd be missing a lot of the best parts of the park.

ETA: I have heard lots of reports that Pandora should not be missed regardless of whether or not you like Avatar.

Kids voted against Kali because of the water, Tough to be a Bug freaked out DD last time - she thought bugs were crawling on her and was in tears, we may try to do some animal trails but we visit so many zoos it's not as big of an incentive, my kids feel too old for the other things now (preteen). My goal is to be out of the park after lunch so we can relax before MNSSHP.
