The only reason I asked is that we are planning a wedding in less than 6 months and we kinda want quick answers.
I know it's not Disney's fault ... but we don't want to lose a location because of late responses.

Is it better to just call them directly and talk to them instead of emails?
I thought emails would be better because they can respond with pictures and maybe links to sites.

Thank you!

I haven't really worked with my planner much so I can't really let you know about her. But Pam my consaltant was really quick with her replies. Sometimes within minutes.

It depends on your planner -- some respond to emails better and some respond to phone calls better. My planner is very good at emails, usually within 24 hrs. But I know one planner in particular is easier to reach by phone and takes a long time to answer emails. The best thing might just to be to ask your planner what they prefer. Or, if you don't have a planner yet, to request one that would be able to work best with you.
