How physically wearing

Is the France ABD trip.

We are seriously considering the Paris / Normandy trip next year.

Now I'm not going to tip my age but let's just say I am past my football playing prime by a few years.

We just did a Collette Italian Treasures tour this week and enjoyed it very much. However there were times when the walking and the climbing took a piece out of me although I certainly got it all done.

Does anyone have a knowledge re what the physical expectations are for this particular trip so I can hire a personal trainer?
