Wow, must have been when I was 10 or so. Circus never has done much for me. Disney is much better.

Never went to the circus. My parents...who really aren't "animal rights" activist...dad is a hunter etc... wouldn't take us because they abused the animals. To this day I have never been nor will I ever take my DD....it is just to cruel! Now Cirque Du Soleil...I have tickets for 8/1!

I went once when I was five.

I've been to the circus once and that was when I was about 2 or 3. I never really had any desire to go when I got older.

Never went as a kid but one time took my daughter to a traveling circus that used to come through town and set up in the mall parking lot. Then the elephants stampeded through the Sears Auto Center. Strangely enough, the circus never came back this way.

I was 11. And it was a Shriners circus where the clowns sign autographs during intermission. I used it as practice for our WDW trip during intermissions, and nap time during the show. I loved the Barnum and Bailey one when I was 9 though. But that's a big time one, so it was better than the little one.

I never went as a kid--my husband(then boyfriend) took me when I was 19 or 20.
We took our kids this year(they are 2 and 4) and they looooved it!

Never went as a kid, but took DS #1 when he was about 7 or 8 to the Barnum and Bailey Circus in NYC. It was okay, and he wanted to go the next year.........big disappointment. (You know how when you go somewhere the second time, it's never as good as the first................except WDW, of course!!---that gets better every time!!)

I never went to the circus when I was a kid. The first time I ever went to the circus was when we went to Ober Gatlinburg about 4-5 years ago and they had a very small circus up there. My kids loved it. My best friend and I have gone a coupe of times to the small Alahambra Circus they have near Chattanooga in the Fall.

I went to this REALLY bad little travel circus when I was 6, and it scarred me for life..I hated it..it had to have been the worst circus ever. everything was done on the cheap. And tons of really creepy clowns...im seriously afraid of clowns because of that circus....::shutter::

Of course, last year, I went to Cirque Du Solei...I LOVE it!
