How old were you when you first got married?

25 when 1st DS born, then 27, 30 and last one at 33

I wouldn't change the timing of anything.

I was 19 and my DH was 22. We had our first child 4 months later...yup, I was pregnant when we got married. We had our second child when I was 24. We have been married for 13 years (almost 14) and are going strong! I wouldn't change a thing! We are going to try for baby #3 when he comes home from serving overseas..

Married at 34 first child at 35. I wouldn't of minded having my children younger - I probably would of had one more. But I didn't meet DH until I was 33 so....it has all worked out for the best.

I was 17 and 4 months pregnant. I had 4 kids by age 25, but buried dd #4. DS #3 born with spina bifida. He had 53 surgeries before he died in 2003. I was divorced in 1995. I would not change a single thing good or bad!

1st child was born 9 days after I turned 30 years old. (33 when the 2nd was born.)

We both had a bit of education and carrer stuff to finish before we had kids. Glad we did. I like the way things turned out.

I was 34 and my love was 44 when we got married. No kids yet, but who knows what the future may bring. I would have liked to have gotten married earlier, but I got my doctorate first and I didn't get to meet my love until 4 years ago. What I want and what the universe brings are often two different things.

Engaged when I was 17. Married when I was 18. And had our firstborn when I was 20. Our last child (#6) was born when I turned 30. I would never want to change a thing. We've been happily married for 17 years.

DH and I got married in 2002 when we were both 22 years old. We had DS one year and 5 days later, when we were 23. We will be 26 when we have this baby.

I was 21 when I got married. I had DS when I was 26 and DD when I was 29.

I think it was right for us. I started dating DH right after I turned 18 so even though we were fairly young we had been together for almost 4 years and we had both finished college. I am glad that we waited a few years between getting married and having kids.

I was 19 when DH (21) and I married. I was 23 when DD13 was born, and 26 when DD10 was born. While I wouldn't change WHO I married, I would wait until after I got a college education to marry him. Finishing the growing up process AFTER one is married is very difficult on a relationship. We've certainly had our ups and downs, but we'll be happily celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary at the end of March.

I was 21 and my DH had just turned 23 when we got married. I was 27yo when we had our first child.

I would have done a few things differently, perhaps, but not so much the timing. We were so young and stupid (and poor) when we got married, but it all worked out well.

This August we will have been married for 24 years!

We had our daughter when I was 24 and he was 27. Our son was born when I was 26.5 and DH turned 30 ten days later.

We didn't have kids until almost 10 years later.

I can't say I would've done anything differently because at the time we were happy living our lives without any kids.

But looking back I can say that had we started a little earlier, we more than likely would've had a third child.

I was 19 (2 months shy of 20) when I married DH who was 23. I had son #1 a month before I turned 22. I was 2 months shy of 29 when son #2 was born who by the way was born on my 9th annversary which is this month on the 10th. We will celebrate son #2 10th birthday and our 19th anniversary.
