How old was your child when he/she reached 40" tall?

I think she just hit the mark and she will be 4 in 2 weeks. They are sticklers at Soarin. My dd's head hit the top of the post in May and they said no. If there head moves at all under the post it is a no. Don't get your hopes up, I have done that too many times.
