I am so afraid of gaining weight back that I have started weighing myself each night before going to bed and then again in the morning.
I know that this is probably a bit obsessive especially since I have been good about my exercise and what I eat, but I just can not seem to stay away from the scale.
Any suggestions, I suppose that once a week is probably more in line but I wanted to know what you all do.

throughout the week. My feeling is if I know that I am doing the things that I need to be doing to lose the weight then using the scale is no big deal. I know that this would not work for everyone, so as Tiger Lily says everyone has to do what works for them.
