How often does this happen with mobile order?

Last week, when we were at WDW, our resort's restaurant, which supposedly had mobile order would not be taking mobile order for an hour or two, when the restaurant was open. For example, we were back at the resort at 6:30, hungry to eat, check our resort restaurant, to find "Olivia's is not taking mobile orders at this time", and Goods to Go had a huge line. Checking an hour or so later, Olivia's was back to taking mobile orders, luckily for our tummies! This happened several evenings. Do other places that take mobile orders sometimes temporarily suspend mobile orders? I'd hate to take the bus to Sanaa, for example, for dinner only to find that they've "suspended" mobile order.

I think there is a limit of how many orders the restaurant can handle a hour( broken down in 15 minute sections).
No need to allow you to order if it will over 90 minutes for you to get your food.

Yeah, I noticed this happened at some QS place we wanted to go to back in April. Not remembering which one.

And for a TS restaurant, their priority is the people eating in the restaurant. If it's busy, there's no capacity for mobile orders.

Yes it’s common. While staying at kidani, quite frequently we are not able to order from Sanaa. They can only handle so many orders per hour, so they can still serve the guests in the restaurant too. Think about any restaurant- if they take endless take out orders and the restaurant is full- the kitchen can only handle so much. Happens even at Olive Garden here, I will try and order take out and it will say no more take out orders can be places today.
