How often does Memory Maker go down?

I've been trying to download my pictures since yesterday and the site is having technical difficulties. Is this unusual, or fairly par for the course for anything involving Disney IT? I only have until July 4 to get them, so I'm getting antsy.

I've been trying to download my pictures since yesterday and the site is having technical difficulties. Is this unusual, or fairly par for the course for anything involving Disney IT? I only have until July 4 to get them, so I'm getting antsy.

I'm not sure how often it goes down, but I am in the same boat as you. I ended up saving my photos individually to my Dropbox because the download links were never activated after waiting days. All of my photos that were missing finally came through which I was pleasantly surprised to see.

I would just call and ask them when they expect it to be back up. I would explain your situation that you only have a couple of days left to download the pictures and are worried about losing them. When I have called them with similar issues in the past they have given me a free extension on the photos.
