Ooh! Now I'm not too sure that I want to be first to declare how often (or maybe that should be how infrequently) I mop my floors. (And I assume that you are speaking here of getting out the mop and bucket and cleaner and not just bending over and wiping up the spots, hmmm?)
Let's just say that I think that if you have a crawling baby - then once - maybe twice a week is about right. However, if your family consists of only adults (like mine) - who are not permitted to wear shoes in the house and who know that their life might be in severe jeopardy should they not wipe up the OJ if they spill it on the floor - then maybe monthly. This is assuming you sweep the floor every day or so and wipe up the spills and spots as they happen.
Is this 'average' or the 'norm' out there?
