How often do you measure?

Now the questions is, how often do I do it?

Hi Bev - Im hoping to have Tammie measure me this wknd. This way I cant cheat. She weighed me last week and Im planning on getting back on her scale this wknd too. Maybe we can plan weekends is measure/scale time.

I do it once a week on weigh in day. I really should do it everyother week to see more of an affect, but I have to treally stop myself from measuring earlier as it is...lol

Hi Bev!
I measure once a month on the last day of the month. I have a page in my journal just for recording my measurements. I weigh myself once a week. This seems to work the best for me.
