how often do you go to disney

My DW and i try to go every couple of years. We stay for 2 weeks and do WDW and all the other parks, Seaworld etc, but find we do not have enough time to do any of the other attractions in florida. Is it worth staying for three weeks but only going every three years instead.

Can't you stay for 3 weeks every 2 years, it doesn't have to add a lot to stay for longer, once your flights are paid. If you stay in a good budget hotel. Just stayed in Country Inn and suites LBV great place and only paid £20/night incl.
We are lucky we can go upto 4 times a year, just been for 24 nights and didn't do everything we wanted, no matter how often or how long you go for its never enough

It cost us less to go for 3 weeks in 2007 than it would have done for 2 weeks by flying out a week earlier than we'd originally planned.

I think there is so much to do in Florida that you'll never do it all in one trip ~ all the more reason to go back again!

We've been for 2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks,and never done everything even in the 4 weeks! but isnt that a great reason to book again?
We paid simular prices as from 3 weeks to 4 weeks and from 2 weeks to 3,theres no big added expense unless your staying somewhere really expensive.
Do what you feel is best but I dont feel you do everything in 3 weeks as to 2.

We went 02,03,04 then back in 08,and possibly 09.

If you can get the holidays at work i'd absolutely say go for 3 weeks This year will be our first holiday over 2 weeks (18 nights) and I would have made it 3 weeks but my bf can't take more than 15 working days at once without special permission which he doesn't want to do at this stage (working on career progression!)
As far as how often to a Disney park.. it's been every year since 2005 but i'm not sure about next year, might sneak in a quick DLP trip! WDW less often, our next visit will probably be 2010. My list of other places I want to visit is as long as my arm right now

Every year and sometimes twice a year for 2-3 weeks and I still get excited everytime. We went in April/May and will be back in November.

we do the states twice every year and do Disney on one of those trips. Theres alot we go and see and do and we do disney for a week and then off somewhere else.

Generally every year for between 2-3 weeks. Some years we have been twice , haven't been since August 2006 as we feel we need a few years off.

To be honest it's a Florida holiday for us not just Disney, we have been fortunate enough to travel around most of the state over the years and do like doing other things outside the parks.

There is a whole world out there, inbetween we visit other parts of US, Italy, Netherlands, Alaska(next year) etc etc If I had to cut down the other trips would go and just do Florida beats anywhere else for us .

3 weeks every 2 years for the last 5 trips,as others have said it doesn't cost a whole lot more the main thing is the extra spending money.Even trying to spread stuff out so that we are not charging everywhere we still feel like we haven't done enough!
TBH the next trip could be a few years away £6000/7000 every 2 years in the current economic climate is just too much & in a few years time DS isn't going to want to go on holiday with his stuffy old parents anyway so we'll have to go without him!

Every other year we go for two or three weeks to OKW. Forthe alternate years we usually go for all inclusive on a beach, on different caribbean islands.

of course, when my nephew was younger (16 now) we used to go twice a year for two weeks each - true Disney fans!

On Average Twice A Year,This Year Will Be 3,Was There Just Before Easter,Heading Back In A Few Wks,Then Spending Christmas/Newyear Then Heading Back Out At The End Of Jan.The Jan Trip Is Only A Wk Though Then Heading Back Sept 09 But No Doubt Will Get Another One In Before Then Unless I Go To Vegas To Visit Friend's ....

Try to go once every year but recently it has been nearly twice a year. Next year we are having a break and banking our DVC points for the following year. Although next year we are going back to the US as we have done in other years and visit non Disney destinations.

We stay for 2 weeks although we would love to stay longer but i have a step son and i don't think his mother would be too impressed if we took him any longer

but we go in december when its a little cheaper as a rule so we try and fit another holiday or couple of city breaks in, this year was Denmark - beautiful!!

We used to do 2 weeks, then went to 3. This time we only did 18 nights and it just wasnt enough. I didnt experience enough Disney magic due to all the rain, but I managed to get a load of shopping in at premium and prime outlets!
Next year its at least 3 weeks.
