How often do you bath?

Hot soak every night to help me relax and a hot shower every morning.

I also take a hot bath if I have a headache, cold, toothache, just don't feel good or am really tired. When anything has me feeling bad I will crave a hot bath. Actually I did crave them when I was pregnant with me second child. I spend most of 9 months in the tub! :rotfl:

Only once since I moved into my new home in August and that was only because we have a garden tub.

I lack the time to enjoy it without someone bugging me. We had just moved and I NEEDED a good soak.

Only showers for me.

I only take baths in colder weather, never in summer. And I must take a quick shower first before soaking in a hot tub. The bath is useful only for relaxing tired muscles, not for cleansing purposes, lol.

2-4 times a week. I take showers the other days (when I am washing my hair.) I stay in the bath waaay too long, though. And mine never gets cold ;) I have this trick where I drain a bit of the water then add back hot. I love long baths, especially with a book. I don't actually "bathe" until right before I get out though, so I'm not sitting in soapy water.

I find it much easier to shave in a bath, my glasses get all foggy in a hot shower, and makes it harder to see. But Orlando and Dallas have really hard water, so it dries my skin out terrible. California and Miami have decent water, so soaking for a bit can be relaxing.

I'm not a fan of bathing really, I just hate getting wet and then having to dry off. So my showers are as short as can be. Hair washing is about the only thing that makes me stay in five minutes longer.

Maybe once or twice a year max. Taking a nice soaking bath always SEEMS like a good idea, but then I have to clean out the tub, wait for it to fill up, then I get in and I try to read or watch tv but I'm really just thinking, why am I laying here in this hot pool of water? Then the toasty water raises my blood pressure and I can feel my pulse pounding through my whole body. So I end up getting out and feeling hot, bored, and disoriented. I think if the tub were deeper and had jets I would definitely feel different. As it is, it's just a garden soaker tub.

Very rarely, I like showers better. Last time I took a bath was on our September 09 trip to Disney. It felt good to soak after a long day in the parks.

Every single day, in the morning. I've never understood the love people have for showers...I never feel really clean after a shower (I know, I know...other people feel that way about baths and the whole 'soup' thing). I don't soak for long...maybe ten minutes most days...but it's a great way to ease into the day.

Occasionally, more in the summer then in the winter-cleaning up after getting sweaty golfing usually. We have a large jacuzzi tub and it is really nice for soaking. I have a book stand and usually bring a glass of wine with me too. If I have over done things and am sore, I will soak in the tub.

I shower daily though.

This is basically the same thing I do. :thumbsup2

I only shower when my hair needs to be washed, otherwise it is a bath. I also typically use epsom salts in the water. The magnesium they add to the water is supposed to be really good for you...and is a mineral most people are lacking in .

My personal cleansing time is equally divided between baths and showers. If I need to wash or shave, its the shower. Otherwise, I bathe. We have a jacuzzi tub now and I just put in a bath bomb or add some bubble bath and just relax for awhile.
