How often do menus change?

DH and I were last at WDW in February 2017 and are planning a trip for next year at the same time. How often do menus change? So many things we loved last time are gone. What are the chances that what we see on menus now will be there in a year? Sure, we can't go ADRs for several months, but I can't help but check out menus and think about our dining .

How often: Usually they change sometime in between when you've planned out what you'd like to order during your next trip, and when the trip actually happens.

They seem to change every few months or so. Not to say that all items will be replaced. Usually some are kept and some are replaced.

I don't notice they change much at all. And when they do, you'll hear about it...like Ohana changed things up a few years ago and it was all over the boards.

Unless its a "market seasonal" dish, Disney hardly ever changes their menu. Usually when they do, its a cost-cutting measure for a cheaper option.... with price increase. I would say the exception would SELECT-signature dining restaurants.

It really depends on the restaurant. Tiffins had a lot of changes over the past year, but the majority of restaurants don't seem to change very often.

It's really only the signatures that seem to change on a regular (seasonal) basis.

It's seems to me maybe quarterly or so... Some times you see a complete change then other maybe one dish off and a new dish added... Over on allears they keep up with the changes pretty well...
