How often do DVC prices change?

We're looking to rent DVC for the first time for a trip Christmas 2021, searching to book 11 months out. https://dvcrentalstore.com/ has their handy price calculator tool, but what are the odds that the prices will change between now and the 11-month mark (mid January)?

The price they charge can change at any time.

The number of points required for the stay is stable.

Yes. As mentioned, the number of points required for a room will not change. Well that's not precisely true, it CAN change, but only under very rare circumstances. They are fixed for 2021.

If you are referring to rental prices, anything could happen. It's supply and demand. Since there are so many trying to re-rent DVC reservations right now (from people who don't want to go), it's possible that rental prices will go down. If /When Disney does some heavy cash discounting to get the hotels filled again, I expect rental prices will come down quite a bit - they will have to do so to remain competitive.

Will that happen before January? I doubt it, but that's my opinion.
