If Triple A booked our trip can I still call and ask about a code?

I've been calling every couple of weeks and have always been told no. Last week I spoke with a nice CM who spent a very long time checking for me. He kept saying stuff like "let me try this" or "let me see if this works" and although he succeeded in getting my hopes up it amounted to nothing in the end. But I thanked him for trying so hard for me.

Today I called and spoke with another very nice CM who said there was a pin attached to my name but it was for room only and she didn't know how much it was for. She tried to apply it to my package in December but of course it wouldn't work for the package or for WL. I said that if it was a significant discount I would do room only if it worked at another deluxe resort. But all she could find available were 1 and 2 bdrm suites at AKL and CR unless I wanted to switch to a moderate which I didn't.

So I'll try again in a few days. I just reordered the DVD in my DH name and email address so maybe we'll get lucky. I could sure use a good discount for our time. And we're flexibile on the resort, but would like deluxe.
