How often are your room requests honored?

I panicked when I read the post about not getting connecting rooms. When I ran down to check my confirmation letter,I saw nothing about the con. rooms, so I called CRO. My DD and her friend are both 11, thus the panic. The nicest CM told me that it was on his screen and that he would send a new confirmation letter stating this. In fact, he told me he was guaranteeing it. Whew!! Its so wonderful getting a sweet CM. The pixie dust fairy was definitely with me today.

I think it's a rule that they must connect if there are guests under 18 without an adult in the room. I would surely hope so, I'd be panicking too!
