do you take with you when you do to a scrapping get together? I am going to one on Friday night and i feel like I've packed for vacation. I have my one rolling bag, a paper carrier, a sticker binder and a pen/scissors bag. Anyboy have any pictures of what you take?

I do not have pictures, but I always feel like I take too much. I am generally the only girl at the crop with a power strip! I usually take 2 rolling bags, 1 isis box of paper, a sticker binder and my Cricut and G. I try to pick a theme for the pages I do at the crop so that I do not take too much, but that does not always happen. I do not go to crops very often because I hate packing all of my stuff up. I generally offer to host at my house...cleaning the whole house is better than packing and unpacking for the crop!

I went to a weekend crop once, one gal admitted that she brings EVERYTHING she owns when she attends . . . . and I believed her -- you should've seen all that she had with her! Three oversized suitcases, a couple rolling bags, she even brought the hanger-thingy for displaying embellishments, a tri-fold marker thingy. . . . her friends were giving her so much crap for all she brought -- she brought so much stuff that no one could ride in her CONVERSION size van w/her!!

DH was smirking at everything last night and said he would go and help me unload the truck when I get there!!!

That sounds like my DH. He has been known to help me carry stuff in and get my power cords all arranged when dropping me off at a crop.

He is a good hubby though!

It doesn't matter how much you bring with you -- you will always need to buy or borrow something while you are there!

I have only been to one that wasn't online (have a mention that I don't get out much??)
that was more to show the cricut off than to do much scrapping for myself.

I know several say they make packets & take those - everything for certain pages so really all they do at the crop is "glue" & journel
