Hey Grover, I can help you on a couple of those things:
Coffee mugs-$8.95 and $10.00
fudge-at the candy caldren DTD
tshirts-child (we only bought the ones on sale )
tshirts-adult
ball caps
twirly light up toys-I think that these are up to $10.00, but there is quite an assortment now
light up pins-$11?
photos' they take at park entrances
mickey bars-$2.50
lemonade slushie
autograph book-$5 (or maybe $6)

Ball caps and T-shirts both vary in price depending on style, whether there's embroidery, etc., but I think kids' shirts start at about $12 and adults at about $18. Autograph books are $6, and I think Mickey Bars are $2.50. I believe the previous posters were low on both the light-up pins and the twirly things -- I think they're both either $12 or $15.
