My fanny pack is about the same size and I can fit all of that in it plus my camera, disposable poncho and a small tube of lotion.

My fanny pack is smaller and I can place everything on your list except autograph book and personal fan (I use a small disney bag to care book and pen easier to get to). I am able to carry 3 cheap poncho's instead of book, small pill case with motrin and antiacids, small bottle of sunsceen, small bottle of childrens motrin, a disposible camera, all the passes, money, also lots of quarters and pennies for penny pressing.

You should be fine! I do a lot of back packing and the one I have I can carry everything on your list a 1 sweatshirt, a camera xtra film and batteries...and still have room...EMS has great stuff!
