AWESOME LOSS!!! I think 20% is a BIG LOSER!!! For me I won't "feel" like a BIG loser until I've crossed that halfway point- I set off to lose about 90 pounds- so once I jump over 45 pounds I'll feel like I'm a big loser- + the BMI scales say once I am below 189 I'll just be "overweight" not "obese!" Now that's worth aiming for! But some people only have 10-15 pounds to lose- so I'd consider them a big loser when they hit the halfway mark even though it may be under 10 pounds. But some people can feel like big losers after 10 pounds- (even with 50+ to lose) because sometimes those first 10 pounds are the toughest. There, I think I've given a politician's answer and offended noone! But if it helps- you are a BIG LOSER!!!

I was reading another thread that asked something about a big loser and I wondered myself what a big loser would be. I didn't consider myself a big loser when I read it, so I didn't reply. But if you go by 1/2 way to goal or 20% than I fit the category. I was thinking big loser as in over 50#, but you are right not everyone has that much to lose. I am curious to see what others have to say on this subject.
From my perspective any loss is a "big" loss, because it really takes a wholehearted effort to make the decision to lose weight and get in shape! Anytime I stepped on the scale and saw that I'd lost, I felt WONDERFUL!!! From the 1st pound to the last, are all "big loosers".
