I know you're supposed to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, but I have a hard time doing that. Lately, all I drink is water (no soda, juice, tea, etc.)....but sometimes I notice that I'll only had a glass at lunch and that's about it. I won't drink anything else the rest of the day. I KNOW this is bad, and I'm suffering from it.
I've been trying to drink as many glasses as possible lately, and flavoring it with huge chunks of lemon...but I'm still falling way short. What do you do to get in that recommended amount?

This is what I do, too! I am terrible about drinking water, but if it is in the fridge and cold, I'll take that!
I read today a god way to remember how much water to drink each day though. It said at minimum, drink 64 ounces of water each day. Get a 16 ounce water bottle, place 4 rubber bands on it and each time you fill up the bottle, take one the band of. Once you're out of bands, out of water, you've reached your goal for the day. I might try that ometime when I can remember it.
