How much to tip..Illuminations Cruise

Since this is something out of the ordinary..I'm not sure how much to tip the driver. I'm aware that if they are great drivers then tip more...but I'm not sure what 'more' is because I don't know the standard. We will be a pontoon party of 7 (8,12,15,16 + 3 adults. I don't want to be cheap but don't want to kill my budget either!! Thanks!

WOW!! THe fastest answer on the dis boards yet! lol....that's about what i figured, between $20-25....but was afraid I was being cheap by Disney standards!!
