If you paid in advance most Limo companies collect 20% at that time. If that is the case You don't pay the driver a cent. Maybe you better check and see what they charged you.

From what I've gathered on these boards, most people give $10 each way and some give $15 on the arrival trip if there is a grocery stop.

They (the OP) did not say they paid in advance. I would not reserve with any transportation company (limousine, towncar, etc.) that requires you to pay in advance. Most companies simply take your credit card information to secure the reservation (just like a hotel), they do not run your credit card in advance. You have the option to pay the chauffeur by cash or credit card at the drop off point. Regarding the chauffeurs gratuity, 20% is customary if you receive good service, but of course that amount is up to you based on the quality of service.
