How much to pay?

Once school lets out, we will be paying our 12 and14 year old neighbor to take out our puppy around lunch time. They will alternate taking turns. It won't be everyday, just as needed. My husband works from home, but often has to leave to see customers.

We don't need the dog walked, just to go out and do her business.

What is a fair price to pay them?

I would give them a flat weekly pay no matter how often you use their service. Maybe $20/week. Are they related or is this 2 different neighbor kids?
