I'm just starting plans for our trip, hoping to go at the end of April (and yes! i'm aware there are no codes for the end of April/start of May yet :guilty: ). I should also mention we are new FL residents and military, so any suggestions on using discounts would help! I am new to using codes/discounts.

I got a quote from Dreams Unlimited, for a MYW package from 4/26 - 4/30: 4 day ticket, no hopping (we just plan on taking it easy at the parks, one park a day w/ DD 2 yrs), ressies at the CBR standard room. I preferred CSR, after reading reviews, but it was unavailable. Total cost = $1056.96. Is that a good deal? i thought it was a bit pricey.

OR should I try putting together my own package, perhaps just go for 3 days and use the FL resident 3 day play pass for $119/ea. We're ok doing 3 days at the parks.

Oh please help! I am a total amatuer when it comes to planning this trip!!!

If you are military, you can get park hopper tickets from MWR for pretty good deals. I would price tickets from MWR and hotel only. You should be able to get a better deal than what you quoted. If you are Fl residents, I think you also should be able to get discounts on a hotel. Call the Disney reservations number and see what they can do. There were discounts for military families, but I think those expired. Wouldn't hurt to check though.

Good luck and have a great time, from one military family to another!
