How much to add on dinning Plan??

Can someone please tell me how much it is to add on the dinning plan to our current package. Per person/per day?

The last I knew, it was 37.95 per adult per night. Not sure about the child price.

I am also curious of the price. Where can I find this officially? I need it for a trip insurance claim.

I am not sure if it is on disney.com? You may have to enter some dates and pretend to book a package to get the quotes for the prices directly from Disney, or call. wdwinfo.com and allearsnet.com should have it. The child price is 10.99 or 11.99/day, I forget which.
