How much time to get to AK from SOG?

Hi all

I just made priority seating for 8:30 am at Animal Kingdom. We are staying at SOG and the first bus leaves @8:00 for AK- is this enough time to get to AK for our PS @8:30?? I remember hearing about all kinds of stops - Do you think I should reschedule or is there another way for us to get there by 8:30??

What about walking over to the TCC?? What time do the busses begin leaving there to AK???

that they said busses start running at 7am for the WDW busses. You could walk to the Poly and hop a Disney bus from there.
