How much time to get from AK to CM?

We have a 2:20pm ADR at Chef Mickey's one day & we were thinking of going to Animal Kingdom that day? How much time would you allow for travel from AK to CM? Another option might be to hang out at our resort that morning & go to one of the parks after Chef Mickey's (I didn't get the park hopper). Any suggestions?

The length is driven by how quickly the bus comes. They are supposed to run every 20 minutes but that is approximate.

This summer my son and I went to AK in the morning and had lunch at CRT. We took the bus to the Contemporary and walked to MK. It's a shared bus but the Contemporary was the first stop when we rode it.

If you leave AK by 1pm you should have no problem making your ADR.

You could probably leave as late as 1:30 and still make it easily but you never know how long you are going to have to wait for the bus.
