Approximately how much time should DH and I set aside for Disney Quest? It will be our first time there. Thank you!

That depends on how much you like to play!!! My DH and DS could be there three full days!!! Me...about four hours will do it. There are some virtual reality "rides" that are really good. When I was there last they had part of a floor dedicated to old arcade games which was lots of fun (ah! the memories!) too. They have a nice cafe too where I you can get on the internet from your booth :surfweb: . I think they changed some things around and we're looking forward to checking it out again on this trip!

We would stay for an afternoon usually and have either done everything we wanted or got tired of fighting kids.

My dh and ds (12) usually need at least 4 hours to do what they want to do. I'm usually tired of the place after 2 hours.

We spent about 4 hours there last fall and an additional 2 hours at DTD.

Since we had drove up there that day, we were a bit tired, so I was ready to get out of there.

We spent about 4 hours there, too last fall with DD9 and DS13. That was plenty of time. That said - so much depends on when you are going. We were there on a weekday afternoon in early October! There were still some waits for the POC and the rafting virtual game - but well worth the time!!

It was relatively "empty" and I felt comfortable enough having the kids do the place together as I had some cheescake and coffee and sent some e-mail from the cafe!

If you're going during a busier season, I would definitely adjust time frames. Excdept for the two attractions mentioned, my kids and I were able to go on multiple times and it felt like, at times, that they had the place to themselves!!!

Probably why there are plans to close DQ! I am hoping to get back with DS once more before they close!!

I don't know if you have kids or not, but my DBF and I went (no kids) on a Friday afternoon in March and it was a mob scene. It was kinda overcast and grey out, but still temps in the 70s, but I'm sure the weather had something to do with the number of people inside. We both walked around inside, but EVERYTHING had a 30 minute wait at the very least, including the regular old arcade games. It was at the end of our trip and by then we were so sick of waiting in lines we skipped pretty much everything.
I had added the Water Park and More option to our passes, so it was "free" to get in, and I don't feel it was a big loss. But unless I'm guaranteed that it's deserted in there, I don't think we'll be going back...
