How much time for CRT?

I have a PS for CRT at 8:05 on our first day at WDW (a non-EMH day) and was wondering how long to expect the breakfast to last? I don't want to rush the experience but I also don't want to miss too much to the low crowd time in the morning. I thought it would be a really cool start to our vacation, walking down Main St. without the crowds! However this will be the least crowded day of our trip as well and could use a PS I have on the last day instead.
