How much time for a typical day at SW?

We're planning to visit on T'giving day, which sounds like it will not be too crowded.

With DDs 14 and 11 who love thrill rides and animals, do you think we need an entire day to fit it in? I was hoping to let DH and DDs sleep in a little, to rejuvenate from our commando week.

It would be best to stay the entire day to get everything you want to done. Seaworld is a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the other parks like Disney or Universal. There are many places to sit and relax if your tired. For example, there are benches inside the Penguin encounter where you can sit and watch the Penguins for a few minutes. There is a nice area in the Manatee underwater viewing where you can relax for sometime. Even the shows offer a place to relax while your waiting for the show to start. So if your worried about tiring out, it shouldn't be a big concern with such a relaxing atmosphere and many places around the park to take a break if needed.

Between the shows and rides it's a full day park, especially since the shows have different show times you need a full day to get them in.

Thanks KBF and DOOM. That's a big help!:)

I'd recommend an entire day too. It's a great park, but there is so much to do. We usually do a day and a half here on every full week trip. Day 1 is a rope drop day and we stay till closing. A day later in the week is a sleep in day where we get there in the afternoon.
