How much time does it take to travel from AKL to PC?

I will be using a town car service to get from the AKL to PC. I know check in starts at 11:30 and boarding is 1:15 pm and then you can eat lunch after you've embarked. So i was wondering what time to tell the service to pick us up at the AKL so that I can board around 1:00 pm I wasn thinking of leaving at 10:30 am with 1.5 hours for travel getting us there at 12:00pm and checking in I would think should take a little over an hour?

Some have checked in as early as 10:00 - 10:30 AM. On our 8/21 trip we boarded right after we checked in which was a little after 12:00 PM (I had to return a rental car to Budget and that took longer than I would have like).

You can get to PC from AKL in about 45 - 50 minutes in a towncar service.

I would have the towncar service pick you up around 9:00 AM, but then I like to be one of the first people onboard.

We had our own car and left about 9:30. We made a stop for gas and got lost and still made it to the post by 11:15. It is a really easy ride. The check in part is pretty quick and then you can wait in line to get on the ship. We were on the Sept. 12 and were on the ship by 12:30. It is a pretty quick process.

It takes us 45-50 minutes. We left AKL a few minutes after 10:00 and arrived a little before 11:00. By the time we unloaded the car and parked we got upstairs in the terminal about 11:10. The checkin line was already pretty long and the line to board was starting to grow.

If you leave by 10:30, you will arrive by 11:30. By the time you get checked in people should have started to board and that line should be moving pretty good. I would think you would be aboard before 1:00.

Sounds good to me... 10:30 am it is. I wanted enough time to eat breakfast and gather the troops. DW and DS are not the easiest to get out of the room prior to 9:00 am They take a 5 min. process and turn it into 35 min so I always add an hour.
