How much tax is added on Table Service bills?

Just trying to do some math and wondering if the DDP is still the best bet for us. I know the DDP includes tax. However I'm wondering how much tax is added to TS bills.

I believe it is 6.5%

Correct. 6.5% sales tax on food and merchandise at WDW.

Most of Disney World is located in Orange County, which has a 6.5% tax rate but the All Star resorts are in Osceola County which has a 7% tax rate.
