I'd go with zero. Disney doesn't consider housekeeping a "tipped" position. Unlike waiters, bellhops,valets etc housekeepers are paid enough so tips aren't expected. I don't see a reason to tip a Disney housekeeper when I don't tip the CM who has a similar job cleaning restrooms in theme parks.
