How much should I tip my towncar driver?

Could someone give me a guideline on how much to tip my towncar driver. I will be doing 4 legs of transporation with one company. I will pay the first driver the total amount due, but then will be seeing either him or a different driver for the other three legs of our transportation.

If someone has some experience with this, I would appreciate it. I don't want to undertip!

Tip a total of 20%, divided by the number of legs of your trip.

For example:

To and from WDW/MCO
$100 fare
$20 tip
Tip $10 when you get to your resort
Tip $10 on your return trip to MCO
