How much sales tax?

I am currently trying to compare the cost of a dining plan as opposed to none.
i'm using the menus here to get prices but I know that they probably dont include sales tax. As an overseas visitor I don't know how much to add .
a colleague has said I need to add 13% to everything so I just want to make sure so that my calculations are accurate. Are there any other taxes or charges that I need to take into account?

The regular sales tax for FL is 6.5%. That is what you have to add to food and everything except the room reservation. That has the higher percentage most are 12.5%, some values !3% rate (different counties)

In general, the sales tax is 6.5% at WDW (state 6% + .5% orange county). It should be 7% in Osceola county, but I think you'd only see that if you ate at the All-Stars.
