How much per point now?

Just wondering how much DVC costs nowadays. I bought mine over 20 years ago when it was $59/point! Thanks! Kathy

AKV & SSR are $104 per point. Then you have a choice of cash discount of $8 for AKV & $10 for SSR or double developer points. Min purcahse is 160 points.

Thought typical contracts at Old Key West sell for about $75-77 a point.

You must have gotten into DVC just before they thought of it! DVC sales began in 1991 and the first DVC resort opened in October, 1991 - almost 16 years ago. Early sales began at about $50 per point.

It sounds as though you've enjoyed DVC for over 13 years since DVC was selling at $59 per point in April, 1994 and went up to $60.50 in June, 1994.
The 2042 resorts are now selling, thru Disney, at:
OKW, HH and VB = $92
BWV = $98
VWL = $98
BCV = $101

Resale purchases can be found for less.
