How much of VWL sold so far ?

We have all read and heard that sales of the VWL are brisk. Has anyone heard any specific numbers?
Do we as owners have the right to ask how much of the development has been declared into the condominium? Just curious

I talk to my agent and she said around 30 to 40%. They are expecting to sale out this year, then they will have to wait until the BCV is ready. VWL were surpose to take 18 months, they will be gone in around 12 months. They are having more people who have stayed at Wl buy than the people who are off the streets. (Opposite was true of BW).

That is great for DVC. They will be able to sell VB points to unsuspecting and trusting people for the entire time before BCV opens up.

I think that this brisk sale will push BCV points to the mid $80s. I wonder how seriously they are looking for another place for a DVC resort. Too bad they built those "garden" units at the COntemporary, that would have been a great site for DVC units.

Maybe the GF? Poly? I bet that there were or are engineers looking at all the resorts after the speed of VWL sell out.

How hard would it be to convert part of the Disney Institute Villas into DVC.......just a thought.

It's a great property but …

NASDAQ at a 2 year low,
Consumer confidence at the lowest level since the last recession in '91,
WDW resort forward bookings soft.

I'll take the over on a sell out before the end of the year.
