I live in Germany and have invited my sister to come to WDW with me.
She called tonight and asked how much money she would need and although I have been to WDW many times myself I did not know what to answer.:headache:
Also she does not want to use a credit card so what is the best option ,Travellers checks?
What % TC and what% cash would you advise?

Any other options ?Please Help :worship:

pre buy tickets so that can be taken out of the equatison,so for food for 1 per day average £30-£50

99% TC and 1% cash to geg going for tiping belboyect and tolls

All tickets have already been paid for but still not sure about the rest , they are not big eaters but what I know my first time I wanted to buy everything:scared:
Never used TC myself is it easy to use them in WDW as we will probably not be leaving the propety at any time ?

We used T?Cs in July with no problem - we were sometimes asked for id as there has been a lot of forgeries there. One restuarant offsite refused to take them due to this!

in 16+ visits never had a problem with TC`s.always show id when cashing them, and avoid high denominations offsite
Just cash at front dest no problem

Golden Coral do NOT accept Traveller's Cheques anymore.x.

OP-just make sure you carry you're paasport with you to cash/change your TC's.x.

Exactly what I was thinking. We just love their breakfast buffet:)

:thumbsup2 .I love all there buffet's,the dinner one is lovely. All that prime rib-HEAVEN.x.

That's not too bad, considering breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drink etc.

3 meals out here with drinks would cost me about £50! Same meals would probbaly cost £25 there.
