We pay $1615 - which is everything. It's an 1100 sq ft...2 br/1 ba. Nice yard. We will be moving next year. DH wants to get a condo downtown here - I want a house in the burbs. Although the condo would be SOOO much cheaper..

The house we just put on the markt in Iowa we pay $805 for everything. It's a 15 year loan. We were also doing the every two weeks payment to make the loan go down to between 12 and 13 years I think it was.

$0 -- we paid cash for our house:

Is that a double wide or just a single?

:lmao:

Our payment is $1250 and that includes a $95 HOA fee.

$1300 including taxes and homeowners. 1600 sqft Cap Cod built in '47. Elgin, IL. 30 year fixed rate mortgage.

Mine is a hair over $1500 a month

1201 including taxes. We have 2300 sq feet. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two car garage, built in 2001. The trade off is we live in SW Oklahoma.

I pay $410 a month for 20 years and it includes taxes and insurance. !200 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 9x12 bathroom, all wheelchair accessable. It was built by Habitat for Humanity at 0% interest.

$1450 here for a 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath 1500 sf townhome, we have about 8 years left on our 15 year mortage.

I am wondering where I stand in the mortgage payment arena. When I say mortgage payment - I mean principal, interest & escrows (taxes, hazard ins) all included. :teacher: This is our only debt, but it is a BIGGIE (to me)...$2150. Anyone else mind getting personal? ;)

We don't escrow our taxes & insuriance, but here are our costs:
Mortgage: $468/month
Homeowners Association: $320/yr
Taxes: just shy $6000/yr
Insuriance: ~$500 bi yearly

Our house is 3/2.5/2 @ ~2000 sq. ft I purchased it 10 years ago, put 30% down, and refinanced when rates were low

We are looking to buy 4800 sq ft 6/4.5/4 garage at the end of the year though. Taxes will stay the same, homeowners will go up $60, insuriance will go up ~20%, and mortgage will shoot up to ~$1500

Ours is $772 with everything.

Of course our taxes went up a bit this year, but everything includes flood and earthquake insurance (which isn't necessary, but in SC on the coast- you want flood).

I'm accelerating our payments. I pay a full payment with 3 more months' worth of principal added to it. We're hoping to have the mortgage paid off before we retire.

The house is a 3/2/2 and is a tad over 1600 sq ft.

Paid cash for my house in 1990 and have loads of equity in it. Could sell it and live at Disney with my DVC for a long, long, long time. But not ready for that yet. All I have is my taxes each November.

How many square feet do you get for that?

About $1900 here...for 3500 square feet.

$697 thats including taxes and insurance for 2000 sq ft, 3/2 with 6.8 acres. Cost of living is not as high here like other places.

Yikes, too bad I love where I live...I could have a plantation for what I'm paying for my house!!!! :lmao:

Just over $700 here for everything. We're in a 3BR/2BA 1800 square foot home with storm shelter and great yard.
