How much is tax on meals?

Hi guys,

Just booked free dining and am trying to get an idea of what total meals would have cost us so I can plan to bring enough for tips in cash. What is tax in the World on meals?

6.5% for all locations in Orange County

Pop is not in Orange County (I believe) and their tax is 7%
