I think the difference would be that all of the resales are the original "expire in 2042" contracts - the $101 price would be with the 15 year extension. At least that's my assumption!!
Depends upon whether you saw one contract at that price or dozens. If people are anxious to sell, they can always ask for a relatively low figure. The seller really doesn't care whether ROFR enters into the picture--he/she gets the money regardless of whether it's from Disney or a buyer.
The exact terms of the contract would also impact the value. Is it borrowed-against?
Unless I read that incorrectly, there aren't any points available until December 2009, plus it's a large point contract. The buyer could borrow starting this December, but the 2008 points have been, apparently, already used.
